About the founder
My name is Kelly, 32 years young and founder of Illume.
I have been passionate about beauty since I was 15. With over 15 years of experience, I have learned that every professional has developed their own techniques. That is why in our academy I emphasize versatility and finding your own style.
At 25 I decided to go into the beauty industry full-time and discovered that success is not just about professional knowledge, but also about entrepreneurship. Now I share this knowledge through our academy, so that others can grow in both their profession and their entrepreneurship.
At Illume we combine the flexibility of online theory lessons with the power of practical lessons in groups. This ideal mix offers you the best of both worlds.
WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO?
The Journey To Illume..
Illume was born from my own experience with educations that are not connected to the needs of students. Often the focus is on selling products, practical guidance is lacking and after the education you are on your own.
At Illume we combine online theory with intensive practical days. We work with different brands and techniques so that after the training you know exactly which technique and brand best suits your preference or needs.
After the group training, you can, if necessary, follow a one-on-one perfection training. This is a private lesson where you treat a client together with the trainer. During this session you will receive direct guidance, all your questions can be answered, and your technique will be further complicated or adjusted where necessary.
What makes us unique? Students get free access to our online learning platform, with courses to grow as an entrepreneur, such as marketing and customer management. At Illumines you not only learn your trade, but you also grow as a professional and entrepreneur.
